I've travelled from north to south Vietnam and have been in the office of "Hanoi Transfer Service" downtown Hanoi. They gave me a lot of interesting suggestions about ground transportation, excursions, hotels and services. I have booked there the transportation by train from Hanoi to Sapa and back as well as a 2-day excursion to Halong Bay with overnight on a boat. All my questions were answered very professional with additional information. I can highly recommend "Hanoi Transfer Service" for every support you will need!
