- Provide us your flight name, flight number and arrival time.
- Please head outside the arrival hall and look out for your drive/representative holding a Hanoi Transfer Service sign with your name on it. The driver will waiting at column 10.
Meeting point at hotel:
- Provide us hotel name & address.
- Kindly arrive at hotel lobby least 5 minutes before scheduled pick-up time.

Excellent and on time
We used the wonderful Lucy to book our trip from Hanoi to Got pier and it was great.
